It took about 3 hours (I waited there) to do the oil change. I had asked for a tire rotation but they forgot to do that. Car drives great after multiple visits. Overall service was great. In my first visit, I had to change tires and paid for alignment, drive wasn’t right and had to bring it back the next day. Turns out the a was great. In my first visit, I had to change tires and paid for alignment, drive wasn’t right and had to bring it back the next day. Turns out the alignment wasn’t done right the first time. I complained about the leak on the roof and they replace the parts and tuned my car perfectly. Williams went above and beyond to repair my car. However, one day after taking the car back, the roof wouldn’t close at park and they had to send a tech to my office to “fix” it. It wasn’t much of a fix because the tech just drove slowly around my work parking lot. I’m actually worry about the function of the roof in long run because no logical explanation was given for why it was stuck. More

James was fantastic to work with!! The service here is amazing and they always go above and beyond. I love my mini but it’s the service that I receive from them that will keep me in either a BMW or anoth amazing and they always go above and beyond. Excellent service! Service advisor is professional and courteous. Oil change was quick. Video of vehicle inspection was provided. Car wash was done.
