Car drives great after multiple visits. Overall service was great. In my first visit, I had to change tires and paid for alignment, drive wasn’t right and had to bring it back the next day. Turns out the a was great. In my first visit, I had to change tires and paid for alignment, drive wasn’t right and had to bring it back the next day. Turns out the alignment wasn’t done right the first time. I complained about the leak on the roof and they replace the parts and tuned my car perfectly. Williams went above and beyond to repair my car. However, one day after taking the car back, the roof wouldn’t close at park and they had to send a tech to my office to “fix” it. It wasn’t much of a fix because the tech just drove slowly around my work parking lot. I’m actually worry about the function of the roof in long run because no logical explanation was given for why it was stuck. More
