Jimmy helped us find the right vehicle at the right price! Like many, purchasing a vehicle doesn't happen too often. We recently decided to upgrade our family vehicle to accommodate our needs. We advised him of the type of vehicle we were looking for and at the time he did not have any within our price range. However. He advised me that they just purchased one and it would be at the dealership sometime within the next few days so we continued our search. Later that afternoon we received a message letting us know it was in and if we wanted to look at it. We were only a few miles away so we stopped in. It was in very good condition from what we could tell. Unfortunately the price was out of our budget. Jimmy kept in contact over the next few weeks and advised us that the vehicle was now Factory Certified and they put new tires on it so he didn't think they could go down on the price. We let him know that we were willing to go higher than our budget bit even then it was too much. A few days later we spoke with Mark who is the sales manager and he said he could help us out a little. The price he gave us we felt was fair and the next day we brought the vehicle to our mechanic who said it looked "like new" (Always bring a vehicle to YOUR mechanic before purchasing). We purchased our vehicle that day. Thanks Jimmy and Mark. I also would like to thank C&C Garage for looking at these vehicles and helping us find the best one! TLDR: We shopped around for 3 weeks straight, had our mechanic look at 3 vehicles we considered. 2 of which had major problems. 1 was supposed to be certified pre owned. The vehicle from Putnam Kia was in "like new" condition, as a CPO vehicle should be. We purchased from Putnam Kia! More

That is what I found after I purchased my first brand new car with Jimmy, my sales consultant and Scott, my finance consultant. They have gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Not just once but twice! As only 2 days after buying my first KIA Nero I was hit head on by a drunk driver in an F150 truck, driving down the wrong side of a major interstate. Im here today because of my KIA Nero. It kept me and my puppy Scarlett who was in the car completely safe. During such a hectic time in my life, Jimmy made buying the second KIA Nero completely seamless. If it weren't for Scott being comforting and truthful during financing, I would not have purchased the Gap Insurance which paid off the remaining balance of my first Nero. Jimmy made the process painless and we had a great time talking with him while we waited for our paperwork to process. We left the dealer feeling like we had a nice day out and that felt really wonderful! What a great ride out in the country - fantastic dealer with a huge selection - willing to make a deal other dealerships could not touch! Quick, pleasant &a trustworthy After looking for a vehicle and being lied to and deceived by numerous dealerships, I was referred to Jim. He found me the exact vehicle I wanted, and had me in and out within 2 hours which was AMAZING. I was very skeptical when he told me that he'd take the time to buff out scratches, and repair some dings on the leased vehicle I was returning so that I wouldn't receive a bill in the mail. Well, I just received the letter stating that I owe NOTHING on the leased vehicle and that it was returned in excellent condition. after being lied to and given the run around at another dealership, I couldn't be more grateful to have found Jim!
