I was looking for a new Jeep as a Christmas gift and first went to Putnam Jeep for information. Mr. Place was very helpful with my questions. This was the most pleasant least pressured auto purchase I have ever experianced. We asked to see and or drive several vehicles and the salesman gladly and without question retrieved them and brought them t I have ever experianced. All questions were answered we believe with complete honesty. Even after we thought we had decided on a vehicle we told the sales consultant we wanted to think about it over night and would return the next day. All were completely agreable and there was no pressure to close any deal at that time. When we returned the following day we asked to see and drive a different moddel and they abliged with absolutely no hesidency. We eventually spoke and delt with several individuals including the used vehicle manager, the sales manager, and the sales consultant. All were extreamly pleasant, offered advise in several areas, and appeared to be genually interested in helping us to make the decision with which we would be most satisfied. No pressure to purchase any particuler vehicle or moddel was ever evident. I believe we received a fair deal and excelent service from all, and equally excelent follow up and service from the service manager and his department. We will definately return and will and have already referred friendf relatives and associates. More

We came in 2010 to purchase our KIA Rondo. Our Sales guy Jimmy was great with us & made sure we had everything we needed! So when we need a larger vehical of course we thought of Jimmy again & this dealersh Jimmy was great with us & made sure we had everything we needed! I went into Putnam Chrysler for advice on what I could do about a vehicle. Not knowing what is a better way to go, to keep repairing the vehicle I had or what other options I had. They found the PERFECT vehicle for me, but now comes the hard part of getting financing. This is where Tim made magic happen...... I walked in at 10am, and walked out with a new vehicle, 2001 Kia, @4pm......Where else can you get service like this....I work in a medical clinic, and value the patients and their needs, so I know how important it is to makes things happen..... Amazing Place To Work With.....and I know that they will always" leave a light on for me "if ever I have any problems...... More

I saw a brand new 2012 Kia Soul Automatic listed for sale at a price of $14,895 on the PutnamKia.com website which is why I initially contacted the dealership. I was told the vehicle was a manual and the ad at a price of $14,895 on the PutnamKia.com website which is why I initially contacted the dealership. I was told the vehicle was a manual and the add listed the automatic transmission in error. I asked the dealership to honor the pricing (due to their own error) and was told they don't need to because it was an error. I was offered a vehicle costing $16,695 and because I think the product is superior and needed a car I entered into the transaction. I feel the situation I experienced is a classic bait and switch tactic which will prevent me from recommneding this dealership. More

We first contacted Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia via email on 2/29/12. We had done our homework and knew exactly what car (2012 Kia Sorento, Limited and Premium Packages) we wanted. We contacted a num email on 2/29/12. We had done our homework and knew exactly what car (2012 Kia Sorento, Limited and Premium Packages) we wanted. We contacted a number of dealers on the same day. We said we were ready to buy if the price was right. (We had heard about Putnam through a stranger who was very happy with his purchase and experience.) Jimmy Rivera responded promptly to the email, and then was able to "sharpen the pencil" even more, and to our complete satisfaction. Jimmy agreed to stay at the dealership to wait for us to get there to sign on the dotted line and put down a deposit, even though he knew we would not arrive until after closing. (We live an hour away, and were in the middle of a snowstorm!) Upon our arrival, Mike Pillsbury greeted us immediately and wasted no time in offering us coffee, which he then brought to us. Even though we knew exactly what car we wanted and did not need to be sold on it, Jimmy and Mike Tallman took considerable time talking with us and answering all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. (After all, it was well past closing by this point.) In subsequent phone calls our questions were answered fully, or our calls were returned promptly. On the day we were to take delivery, all paperwork was ready and waiting. Mike Kavorkian was gracious and patient as we navigated the red tape involved in financing and taking ownership of the car. Rawls then secured the necessary tools to free up our stubbornly rusted license plate screws from the license plate frame of the car we were transferring the reg from. Jimmy spent all the time necessary familiarizing us with the intricate workings of the car and helped us sync our cell phones to the bluetooth system. And, last but not least, the "look" of the dealership was the most friendly and "homey" that we can recall. Just an all-around pleasant and painless experience. More

Was looking around for a new vehicle for an expanding family. Contacted Putnam Chrysler using thier internet link and Mr. Rivera contacted me back in no time. Mr. Rivera not only asked what I was looking family. Contacted Putnam Chrysler using thier internet link and Mr. Rivera contacted me back in no time. Mr. Rivera not only asked what I was looking for but wanted to no why I was looking for a certain model so he could show me all my options. When I got to the dealership Mr. Rivera had our familys new Grand Caravan ready to go. This was the best experience I've had with a dealership in my many dealings.
