The entire experience with Putnam Kia was excellant. The atmosphere in the dealership is very friendly. James Riveria introduced me to the different department members and gave me a tour of the facility ex atmosphere in the dealership is very friendly. James Riveria introduced me to the different department members and gave me a tour of the facility explaining what happens when I need service, parts or another vehicle. There is a knack for making someone feel like an old friend and the staff at Putnam Kia nailed it. I have already told many friends about my experience and a few may be going to the dealership to do business.
