Hello, I appreciate your feedback on your recent visit to DCH Freehold Toyota. I have reviewed your visit with my team as well as the showroom security video and have discovered a few inconsistencies with your review. First off, James Rizzo was off that day and had zero interaction with you. Secondly, we do not have an online tool that would "accept an offer" of any kind. When Nick asked to see your "certificate" showing your accepted offer of well under our lowest advertised price, you lost your composure and started screaming and using profanity towards my team. We strive to provide a safe and professional environment for both our customers as well as our employees and the type of name calling and profanity that you were using compromises that environment. After this episode, Nick politely asked you to leave and escorted you out of the showroom as you screamed at our customers. As for your former dealings with Freehold Toyota, I can not speak to these visits as we stopped selling the Celica in 2006 and that was before my tenure with this store.
