Worst Nissan dealership in New Jersey. And I am going to go above and beyond to try to reach as many people as I can to warn about the service in this place. How can you explain to someone that there is so go above and beyond to try to reach as many people as I can to warn about the service in this place. How can you explain to someone that there is something wrong with your car, and then they lie straight to your face about the work that was so called "done" to your car. Two 3 hour+ visits and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done to our car, how can you justify that? How can you preach customer service and do something like that? Never returning there, not even for an oil change. Truly disappointed More

Go Elsewhere and save yourself a headache If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this Nissan on 7/1/2019 in hopes of getting an oil change and a tire rotation. I have had issues with this If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this Nissan on 7/1/2019 in hopes of getting an oil change and a tire rotation. I have had issues with this Nissan in the past but it is the closest to my home, so I figured new management, let me give it a shot. After waiting for my services to be completed, I was charged full price for both the oil change and tire rotation. Because I have had issues with this place in the past, I labeled my tires 1-4 to make sure they were rotated. I went to check and no surprise they had not been rotated. Oil change was done this time but the tires were not rotated and I was charged full price for it. I spoke with the manager and he didn't seem to care that this was the SECOND time my tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. Will never return to this Nissan and people save yourself the headache, visit another Nissan dealership. More

Really bad experience Don't trust Nissan North Plainfield they are a bunch of liers. I got Nissan Armada and I was told that I get free oil change for life but today after Don't trust Nissan North Plainfield they are a bunch of liers. I got Nissan Armada and I was told that I get free oil change for life but today after a few years they said I have to pay it they don't keep their work . And I also before they try to charge me $600 for change something that my guaranty suppose to cover but they said no . So I went to Nissan in Springfield they change it and told me my guaranty covers it . Bunch of liers don't do business with NORTH PLAINFIELD NISSAN save your money. More

very pleasent experience i was in and out of service dept. in less then I hour . the service manager was very professional and helpful. I live 10 minutes away from springfield i was in and out of service dept. in less then I hour . the service manager was very professional and helpful.
