Based on my past experiences of car shopping, it was quite refreshing to work with Key Hyundai of Salem. I met with several individuals at Key Hyundai, and each one was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was extremely personable, helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the Tucson I wanted to purchase. They also respected my time and I did not feel pressured at all. I would like to give a shout out to Armando, David, Rafaelito, Christian, and James. You made this the best car buying experience ever. I have already told all my friends to go to Key Hyundai of Salem for a vehicle and/or maintenance. Keep up the good work. And the snacks were great also. :) More

Awesome experience with Raffy and Greg. They were great to work with and would highlight recommend each of them. The only downside we experienced during the buying process was outside of th They were great to work with and would highlight recommend each of them. The only downside we experienced during the buying process was outside of these folks control. It is surrounding is the difficulty and lack of clarity for our qualifying for the Hyundai Loyalty incentives after having turned in a Hyundai lease, owning another Hyundai and now purchasing a new Hyundai. Recognizing these facts, it seems very clear that we’re loyal to the Hyundai brand, but still we didn’t qualify for exactly what we are proving to be: Hyundai loyal. This led to an inability for us to qualify for a $1500 incentive that we should have received. Instead, we negotiated and received weather tech floor mats, which are awesome, but we’re still missing out on over $1k in savings that we should have realized with our purchase of a $50k+ purchase of a 2024 Palisade. You need to reward your loyal customers to retain them!! More
