I am a bit frustrated to be back to dealership with a car that has less than 2000 miles on it. When I came in last week we were under impression our salesman had made an appt but service desk was unaware I w that has less than 2000 miles on it. When I came in last week we were under impression our salesman had made an appt but service desk was unaware I was coming, but he got me in. Waited a couple hours and James came and told me what was wrong and plan to repair, very courteous. I am waiting for word part is in and can finalize replacement/repair. I will be dropping it off before work, have been told loaner will be available and can pick up after work. I drive in from Oologah so this will be appreciated. Am hoping it's sooner rather than later to get repair completed. More
