Best service department so far! I switched from Ford specifically to a GMC because of the amazing reviews of the service department. Being a female it's easy to get taken advantage o I switched from Ford specifically to a GMC because of the amazing reviews of the service department. Being a female it's easy to get taken advantage of at the service department when it comes to get our vehicles fixed, well not with this place! I was treated extremely well and James made it such an easy process and I felt that he had my best interest at heart. I really appreciate you guys taking such good care of my family and I! Poor service Been having vibration issues, was told it was my transmission they kept my car for a week only to say it wasn't my transmission it was my balance on m Been having vibration issues, was told it was my transmission they kept my car for a week only to say it wasn't my transmission it was my balance on my tires, which I had just had them balanced the month prior. I was told everything should be good but it still had the vibration and went to reschedule to bring it back in and they didn't have an available appointment for another week. More
