James went above and beyond my expectations when purchasing this car. I had recently been in a car accident and my car was totaled. This was an unexpected expense that I could not avoid. I came to the Toyota store with a specific plan, absolutely no deviating from my plan. But, when I encountered James, his friendliness, knowledge about specific cars (Lexus), and the professionalism he displayed had me re-thinking my plan and before I knew it, I was filling out paperwork! I would not have considered this purchase if it were not for James being so humble; he answered all my questions even if they did not make sense! The thoughtfulness and patience he displayed towards me, and my eighty-two-year-old mother was incredible. It is a very long process when purchasing a car but James did not miss a beat.
