James went above and beyond my expectations when purchasing this car. I had recently been in a car accident and my car was totaled. This was an unexpected expense that I could not avoid. I came to the Toyota store with a specific plan, absolutely no deviating from my plan. But, when I encountered James, his friendliness, knowledge about specific cars (Lexus), and the professionalism he displayed had me re-thinking my plan and before I knew it, I was filling out paperwork! I would not have considered this purchase if it were not for James being so humble; he answered all my questions even if they did not make sense! The thoughtfulness and patience he displayed towards me, and my eighty-two-year-old mother was incredible. It is a very long process when purchasing a car but James did not miss a beat. He made sure that my mother was just as comfortable and at ease with the purchase. He kept me in my budget range, ensured that my new vehicle was delivered to my home and even had new mats for the car delivered to my home in a timely manner.
