Andy was really nice the whole time, who I enjoyed doing business with, but one of the sales representative Firas I was not pleased with working with him. I asked him to remove it which he did and it brought the price down which I was agreeable to accept. He presented with frustration. The Finance guy was very pushy I had to repeat myself multiple times informing him was not interested in the maintenance plan, I was pleased and comfortable with using my credit he kept repeating telling me it was bad choice. I thought customer satisfaction is important if my choice was pleasing to me then allow me to enjoy it because the dealership is still getting a sale. My experience was not very pleasing. More

Moises Alvarez has great customer focus. He even made sure that my I-Phone was connected to the hands free.feature of the Passat. The first monthly payment estimate brought to us was way more than we were looking to spend and they eventually got down to about half that first number, which left me wondering what kind of fees/terms they were trying to give us the first round. Also, they would not tell me the interest rate until the very last minute, they were clearly trying to withhold that information as long as they could. However, I imagine these are tactics commonly used among most dealerships, so hard to avoid. Overall, everyone was pleasant and nice and we left with a beautiful vehicle we hope will last us a long time. More
