Everyone was very courteous and professional. I was greeted each time and never had to wait. The facility was very clean (bathrooms too). James had excellent follow up via phone & email. He also got me the car manuals I asked for since there wasn’t one in my vehicle and got the second key made for me in a timely manner. More

I had a good experience buying my used 4Runner from Toyota Sunnyvale. James was kind and responsive, answering all questions I had about the vehicle and checking with the master mechanic for accurate Toyota Sunnyvale. Since the car was a very recent arrival, there was one leak that needed to be fixed before I could test drive, but I was kept posted the whole way. I was glad to wait a few days so the car could pass all inspections. The 4Runner runs great and I'm happy I purchased it! More
