In December 2019, I purchased a BMW from Certified Benz & Beemer and enjoyed the experience so much I decided to leave my high stress career in financial services for this position ... and I haven't looked back since! In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities like skiing and hiking and I always look forward to another travel adventure (Spain, Ireland and Colombia are some of my recent favorites). From the moment I reached out about the car I was interested in I was greeted with the utmost professionalism. Within minutes I had a plethora of information on the car, and I was in contact with Jam interested in I was greeted with the utmost professionalism. Within minutes I had a plethora of information on the car, and I was in contact with James who was always accessible, professional and answered all my (many) questions. He was very accommodating for us as we started the car-buying process from out of town and the great experience continued when we made the trip to the showroom to pick up the car. Everyone was nice to work with, we had a seamless purchase experience from start to finish. Nissa was efficient, thorough and really made the finance end of the transaction a breeze. I recently visited Benz and Beemer the other day looking for a CTS-V. I was greeted by James Viator a salesperson. I really don’t like going to dealerships because of the constant pressure other dealers d for a CTS-V. I was greeted by James Viator a salesperson. I really don’t like going to dealerships because of the constant pressure other dealers do to you. James was more then professional and very knowledgeable with the vehicle I was looking at. After I left when they were closing he stayed to put a packet together for my info. They really go out of their way to show you good service with the pressure and hassle. More
