After making the rounds of several shady dealerships and lying salesmen, I was thrilled to walk into this dealership and have James help me in a professional, non-pushy manner. I felt well taken care of and left that day having purchased exactly what I wanted at a fair price. Since I live in New Hampshire, James met me at the registry in Nashua to take care of the paperwork needed. He even filled the tank and had the oil changed even though it had 70 percent oil life left. By far the best salesperson I've ever had. I really felt he had my best interest at heart. More

Both 495 Jeep and James Smith are excellent. James and everyone I met treated me with respect and honesty. I was considering purchasing a Nissan Rogue, but after test driving it and the Jeep Cherokee Limi everyone I met treated me with respect and honesty. I was considering purchasing a Nissan Rogue, but after test driving it and the Jeep Cherokee Limited, I decided that the Jeep is a much better vehicle for my needs it is also of higher quality and has more features including safety.
