My wife and I had been shopping for a new Hyundai Palisade for nearly four months. We had searched from Asheville to Winston Salem, North Wilksboro to Charlotte without finding a a Palisade in the c Palisade for nearly four months. We had searched from Asheville to Winston Salem, North Wilksboro to Charlotte without finding a a Palisade in the color or trim she liked. On impulse, I called Paramount Hyundai of Hickory and spoke with Jamie Wright who gave us great info of what was on the lot and available. One of the three colors and trims she was most interested in was available. Moreover, he helped us get a fair deal on our trade, sight unseen. James (Jamie) Wright was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end! He talked with me a great deal outside of his normal working hours because of my busy schedule. He never made me feel like I was in beginning to end! He talked with me a great deal outside of his normal working hours because of my busy schedule. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him and there was never any pressure. He went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle and to get it to the lot quickly. I was a little indecisive at first because we had narrowed it down to 2 great options. He was incredibly patient and willing to work with me to make either choice fit my financing needs. When I finally made my choice, he transferred everything from my old vehicle to the new one so that I could get to my next appointment on time. Jamie went above and beyond to make car buying a positive experience for me. I've already recommended him to all of my family and friends. Thanks Jamie! I'll be back in 5 years for the next one! More

They always try to make sure you’re happy with your final purchase.
