James was exceptionally helpful in helping me to make the decision to purchase my hybrid Sonata from Paramount. It did not matter that I was a remote shopper (2 hours away), he did a great job working throu decision to purchase my hybrid Sonata from Paramount. Jamie was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Santa Cruz we eventually purchased. Allen Queen was also helpful in explaining the various warranty/financial programs available so we could make ou Santa Cruz we eventually purchased.
