Sal has been recommending what is appropriate for my high performance vehicle for maintenance without making me feel as though I am over paying for service that is unnecessary. I rely on Ferman BMW to provid performance vehicle for maintenance without making me feel as though I am over paying for service that is unnecessary. I rely on Ferman BMW to provide the best quality care and maintenance for the brand new high performance supercar that was purchased last year. So far all the maintenance visits has been excellent as expected. I am impressed by the customer service and appreciate feeling as though I am not just another customer rolling in for car service. Jamie the female has also been helpful with taking care of my vehicle when a tire needed to be replaced from nail trauma. in a timely manner. Kudos to both service advisors and I hope to continue receiving excellent service from Ferman BMW. So far there is no reason to change to Porsche. I love the BMW M8 competition GC. More

There was a nationwide recall for all BMWs in regards to the Vanos screws in the engine. Got it, I scheduled to have my car taken in so they could fix it. From the moment I took my car in, on Monday, 22 Sep the Vanos screws in the engine. Got it, I scheduled to have my car taken in so they could fix it. From the moment I took my car in, on Monday, 22 Sep until my pick up, today, Tuesday, 23 Sep, the customer service was DISTURBINGLY terrible. I got told to sit in the waiting area and my service advisor Jamie would be right with me…wrong. Some other advisor, Kyle had told me about my tire which I knew about and am going to fix it but definitely not paying BMWs price. Jamie was just nonchalant, customer service was terrible. I had asked if I could get a loaner for just the one day so I could get to school and work and the response I received was, we have an uber account that I can call and get you an uber home. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Today, I go in to pick the car up, as they were bringing the car up front, got told the car is sputtering so it has to go back to the mechanic who worked on my car. At this point, I was infuriated. I get told the car is ready and then it’s not. My husband had requested to speak to the Service Manager, Paul Saglione. That was a joke, he was very rude and condescending to my husband who was explaining things to him in a calm matter. It was just an overall terrible experience. My first and last time ever at Ferman BMW Palm Harbor. As a Human Resources Manager for the last 18 years in the United States Navy, this is how my husband and I get treated. TERRIBLE. I wrote this review 3 weeks ago and there has been no follow up from anyone. More
