I’ve been a Ferman BMW service customer for over 20 years because they’ve always delivered the kind of service I can count on. My most recent visit was no different. My service advisor, Jamie, plays a big ro because they’ve always delivered the kind of service I can count on. My most recent visit was no different. My service advisor, Jamie, plays a big role in why I keep coming back, professional, attentive, and detail-oriented, which makes every visit easy and dependable. Over the years, I’ve purchased and leased multiple BMWs, and the quality of care from Jamie and the Ferman BMW Service Center team has been a big reason for that loyalty. Every time I bring in my car, the service is consistently superior, and I leave knowing the service was done right. After two decades, they’ve earned my trust by taking care of my BMWs in a way that’s rare to find. More
