Ferman BMW always provides great service. I had an oil change done on my first visit and then had to go back due to Apple CarPlay issues. Jamie does a good job, but I just don’t feel like it’s a very personable atmosphere basically sort of unfriendly and most cases with most of the guys and one of them is horrible older gentleman I can’t thin very personable atmosphere basically sort of unfriendly and most cases with most of the guys and one of them is horrible older gentleman I can’t think of his name but they always to rush you to the waiting area instead of helping you right away and discussing any issues I don’t know it just seems a little tense all the time I wouldn’t go there if I didn’t have my car there but in any case, I’m sure they take care of you financially OK I am not perfectly sure but anyway, I wouldn’t recommend it as a regular visit my impression is that they are under pressure for management to do some performance things that they’re instructed to do heaven knows what they are, but they don’t seem to be as customer attentive as they wouldn’t be if they weren’t pressured so hard anyway that’s my take More
