great experience I needed a car and was putting it off because I did not want to be hassled.My experience was completely the opposite. I felt that Doug was knowledgeab I needed a car and was putting it off because I did not want to be hassled.My experience was completely the opposite. I felt that Doug was knowledgeable and competent. He made three calls to my insurance company and reported back to me in less than 12 hours of his progress. I would go back to Spitzer Toyota dealership and have recommended them to my friends. Thanks again. More

To begin with Mr. Jamie Benson was very courteous even though there was no guarantee that I would buy a vechicle. We went on a trial drive and he explained to me many features of the vechile. He helped in though there was no guarantee that I would buy a vechicle. We went on a trial drive and he explained to me many features of the vechile. He helped in filling the paper work. It took the office staff several days to be ready to put the paperwork in mail. Mr. Jamie Benson helped to retrieve same and hand them over to me. He provided excellant customer service and I wish him the best in his career. More
