This was my first time buying a new car and I only had an average amount of knowledge about the process, so naturally I felt nervous even thinking about walking into a dealership. However, I was received with a warm welcome from the whole staff, although it was late in the day and at no point was I intimidated by anyone there. Chris went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process in detail and also went over the car features as well as any other questions I had. At no point did I feel pressured to come in, or speak on the phone or make a purchase. Every step felt super natural and the team was extremely professional. I would highly recommend this specific dealership to any friends/family not only because of the polite/knowledgeable staff, but also due to the abundant types of vehicles they have available. I purchased a somewhat special color (gray sky pearl) which wasn't available in nearby locations, but they did have it here, and also included the premium package I was interested in. Very pleasurable experience so far and highly recommend Chris and team to anyone looking for a Nissan! More
