We've purchased two cars from Jamie at Lexus of Sarasota and highly recommend him. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated exceptionally well. If you're looking for a vehicle you'll be in good and highly recommend him. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated exceptionally well. I knew exactly which vehicles I wanted to look at when I arrived, and Jamie took me expeditiously to see the vehicle's as I'm sure he could tell I was on a mission. Jamie was knowledgeable and courteous and arrived, and Jamie took me expeditiously to see the vehicle's as I'm sure he could tell I was on a mission. Jamie was knowledgeable and courteous and wasted no time. Process was smooth to test drive and go through the purchase with your contract guy, sorry I don't remember his name. The value of my trade came back higher than expected and that was icing on the cake. For me this is a 15-year vehicle that is going to take me to retirement and maybe beyond. This was a great start to a long-term investment and hopefully hassle-free ownership. Almost forgot, your tech guy that took me through the initial setup did a great job, sorry I don't remember his name either but he did a great job and was very knowledgeable and courteous as well. Everyone was very professional and helped to make me financially comfortable with the purchase. The pictures that they post of the vehicles are actually accurate unlike most dealerships who would hide d financially comfortable with the purchase. The pictures that they post of the vehicles are actually accurate unlike most dealerships who would hide dings, nicks, and scratches with lighting. Very trustworthy and will be a repeat customer.
