That valve cover had to be damaged by their own mechanic and It should have been covered under warranty but was not offered! They are looking to rip a customer off! They lost a 16 year customer due to their recently “under new management” crew. More

Been having an oil problem with my tiguan for about a year and the part I need from them happens to be on national back order.
