Before signing my lease I wanted to either purchase my last leased car, purchase an new 2016 Rouge, or lease a new 2017 Rouge. Jeff gave me all three options and helped me make a no pressure wise decision. I leased a new 2017 Rouge. Jamie was especially helpful in making my paperwork and my maintenance package end of lease coverage options easy to understand. Thanks Jeff and Jamie for treating me as a person not just another sale. More

Most likely spurred on by the email Leased a 2014 Kia Optima from Luther Nissan Kia Inver Grove, recently decided to start looking for a replacement. Most likely spurred on by the emails received starting about 6 months into my lease about newer models - an annoyance, but I understand is part of the business. Always wanted to move up to a crossover, if only in the budget! Tony (sales) was a great asset in understanding the intricacies of my lease end terms as well as my options to lease a new vehicle. I appreciate how relatable and honest he was through my various test drives. His sense of humor made for a relaxed experience. He took the time to review the various model levels and even put one on hold for me that was scheduled for delivery the next week. Jamie (finance) was an efficient resource in guiding me through the extra terms and packages. I got a great rate and coverage that fits my needs and nothing more. Raul (management) made the extra effort to offer me free car washes for a month at a site closer to home. Not sure I'll actually be able to use them, but the gesture was heartfelt. In the end, I leased a 2017 Kia Niro. My experiences here have always been top notch (regular maintenance and recalls), so barring anything crazy I think they have a customer for life. I'm off now to save some whales with Melissa McCarthy. #ecowarrior More
