There were a few errors in the paperwork, which were promptly fixed and didn't hold anything up. Ultimately, we love the vehicle and feel we got a GREAT deal! More

Great Service It was my second experience purchasing a used vehicle from Luther Kis Nissan (Inver Grove Heights) and it was a very pleasant pleasurable experience a It was my second experience purchasing a used vehicle from Luther Kis Nissan (Inver Grove Heights) and it was a very pleasant pleasurable experience and before!! My first experience was with my husband, about a year ago when he purchased a 2011 Nissan, Sentra a wonderful dealership person worked with us, but unfortunately he longer works there, who made my husband's buying experience great... Then we met up with their fantastic, and very knowledgeable & very personable & witty Finance Person, Jamie who went beyond her duties and made it possible for my husband to purchase his vehicle at a decent price. Then a year later we show up at Nissan to just look and test drive a vehicle for myself, and I did start out with inquiring about a Nissan, Versa and testing driving another vehicle. I honestly was thinking about going to Toyota Dealership to also inquiry and test drive some of their vehicles, but when Phil Worthing found out I was already driving a Toyota, Camry and he mentioned Nissan had a 2011 Toyota Camry on sell, so I was interested and took it for test drive. So needless to say, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE VEHICLE, and my husband also indicated that I would be crazy NOT to purchase the vehicle was on sale at a good price, so I did, Phil gathered the forms and we filled them out, and a short time later, we met up again with their financial person, who happened to be Jamie. Who remembered us from last year, and we laughed and she VERY patiently made some calls to straighten things out with my husband's RED ALERT, before we could be appoved to puchase the vehicle. It eventually got taken care of, and now I can say "I am a owner of a beautiful 2011, Toyota, Camry which is a white colored vehicle.. Thank you so much to the great, courteous and patient employees (Phil and Jamie) at Luther Kia Nissan!!!! More

I met Luke online as an online sales rep. Friendly, concerned with what I was looking for, the trade I had, color, and above all else professional. I readily made an appointment, drove through the snow concerned with what I was looking for, the trade I had, color, and above all else professional. I readily made an appointment, drove through the snow mind you, and drove a Optima and Soul. We chatted for a while, went through colors and I met Dan Ramy who sold me my first KIA. He knew me right off, and from there everything started falling into place. Next they couldn't find the right color or price and so the blue I chose still just was not quit there yet. Luke showed me what was on the lot, in the warmth of the store, and I spotted a bright red. I asked if that might be a choice and he looked it up and said it would work. WOW! Numbers crunched and paper work started. I transferred my stuff into the car from my old one, and enjoyed the ride home. Jamie was a hoot to deal with as she is the Finance Manager. She explained all the paperwork, all the numbers and what each was for. Jamie asked questions, I talked to Dan on mechanical issues, and Luke on the accessories/extras. After I felt I had enough information as well as being allowed to read, I chose to go with the package deal on paint, warranty, mechanical, etc. It was a fun experience, as there was laughter, even brought you coffee or whatever to be sure you were comfortable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks and share my experience. More

We recently purchased a new Murano from Tucker Carlson. The experience could not have been more pleasant. While we were looking at vehicles, it was difficult for my wife to make some of the choices. Tucker was very patient and helpful through the whole process. There was never any pressure. I would also comment that this dealers pricing was excellent. We live on the complete opposite side of town, but it was well worth the drive. The closing and documentation piece was handled by Jamie Groth. This was by far the best experience I’ve had from a finance perspective. She worked hard to find us the best possible rebates and loan options. She went over the optional warranty and protection plans, but once again there was no pressure. More
