Short and Sweet I couldn't find exactly what I wanted anywhere in the Twin Cities so I placed an online request for a Nissan with certain amenities. I was contacted by David Jr and we began the process of ordering the exact car I wanted. The wait for a special order is typically 8-12 weeks, but the people I worked with were able to locate exactly what I was looking for through other channels and I was able to take ownership in only 4 weeks! I am very grateful for their work behind the scenes to make sure I could get exactly what I wanted and to do so with such quickness. I appreciated the time David Jr took to "tutor" me on the features of my car, especially the technology package! Every member of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and professional. Best experience I've had Stephan was so great to work with that I forgot he was a salesman. It felt like I was car shopping with a friend. He's very laid back but extremely Stephan was so great to work with that I forgot he was a salesman. It felt like I was car shopping with a friend. He's very laid back but extremely knowledgeable. I never felt any kind of pressure and was at ease the whole time I was there. After I purchased my new Sorento, he sat with me in the car for over an hour explaining everything to me. He followed up with me a few times that week to make sure everything was going OK or if I had any questions and when I told him I forgot half of what he showed me, he made an appt with me to explain it all over again. When my lease is up, I hope to work with him again. More
