I was contacted by David Jr and we began the process of ordering the exact car I wanted. The wait for a special order is typically 8-12 weeks, but the people I worked with were able to locate exactly what I was looking for through other channels and I was able to take ownership in only 4 weeks! I am very grateful for their work behind the scenes to make sure I could get exactly what I wanted and to do so with such quickness. I appreciated the time David Jr took to "tutor" me on the features of my car, especially the technology package! Every member of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and professional. I am happy that I chose to do business at Luther Nissan Kia and would do it again. More

Best experience I've had Stephan was so great to work with that I forgot he was a salesman. It felt like I was car shopping with a friend. He's very laid back but extremely Stephan was so great to work with that I forgot he was a salesman. It felt like I was car shopping with a friend. He's very laid back but extremely knowledgeable. I never felt any kind of pressure and was at ease the whole time I was there. After I purchased my new Sorento, he sat with me in the car for over an hour explaining everything to me. He followed up with me a few times that week to make sure everything was going OK or if I had any questions and when I told him I forgot half of what he showed me, he made an appt with me to explain it all over again. When my lease is up, I hope to work with him again. More

Exceptional Service=Very Happy Customer I began my search at the Luther-Inver Grove Website which is very easy to navigate. I was able to make an online inquiry and received a fast response I began my search at the Luther-Inver Grove Website which is very easy to navigate. I was able to make an online inquiry and received a fast response from Jeff Kessler. He went straight to work on available financing and called me back a bit later in the day. I arranged to meet him on Tuesday after work to look at and perhaps test drive a few cars. He went out of his way to show me every courtesy and I left with a new Kia Soul. Equally, Jamie was very friendly and efficient. The entire experience from online to the dealer and beginning to end was first rate. I will definitely recommend this group to friends and family.
