service department -- excellent experience The issue with my chrysler sebring was diagnosed quickly. It required replacing the alternator. The alternator was not in Furman's inventory. My service advisor, jamie, went out of his way to find the alternator in inventory`at another chrysler dealer. Rather than having my car back the next day, it was fixed and ready the same day... all under warrenty. I heartily endorse the work done by Furman and would recommend them for any type of service.
