Fuel sensor on 2017 Pacifica Service was good from the dealer once they received the fuel sensor part! The issue was obtaining the part from Chrysler which took 3+ weeks not a tim Service was good from the dealer once they received the fuel sensor part! The issue was obtaining the part from Chrysler which took 3+ weeks not a timely manner! Chrysler's Customer Service Center was not any help called them 6 times in the 3 weeks "they escalated the request" which meant nothing. After about 2+ weeks someone from Chrysler finally called ....... I guess if one waits long enough the issue will resolve itself! More

Dodge Ram Rebel and Jeep JK service I recently brought two vehicles in for service one is a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel and the other is a 2008 Jeep JK Unlimited. My service advisor Ronald "Jam I recently brought two vehicles in for service one is a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel and the other is a 2008 Jeep JK Unlimited. My service advisor Ronald "Jamie" Kissinge was great! I don't ask for much other than to be treated with a great attitude and customer service that you would expect from a big dealership. Jamie took care of our service on both vehicles and I highly recommend bringing your vehicles there and dealing with Jamie. More
