Very pleased with service and repair. In my most recent visit, Service Advisor Jamie Meakins diagnosed the problem right away and it was confirmed by the dealership mechanic. Inconsistent…. called to bring my truck in no ticket was wrote up as for the problem. They called me the next morning asking why my truck was there I told them again called to bring my truck in no ticket was wrote up as for the problem. They called me the next morning asking why my truck was there I told them again. They called back later that day and ask again about the issue…. Not happy with shop management! The problem was corrected with the vehicle but too much back and forth with shop managers. They don’t seem to care for OnStar which is why I brought the vehicle to the shop in the first place. when I told them twice what OnStar said they just acted like it was no big deal. GMC programmed OnStar for the customers protection I think your team management should take it more seriously. More

Mandal would be great if they could stick to their appointment times. My appointment was 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45, they didn’t even touch my car until 9:15. They even pulled 2 vehicles around my c appointment times. My appointment was 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45, they didn’t even touch my car until 9:15. They even pulled 2 vehicles around my car and they both got oil changes. I got out of there somewhere around 10:15. The work they do is great but, Mandals wait is beyond Bad. No appointment I understand, Appointment set for 8am, better be there. This time Mandal wasn’t!! More
