This was my 1st Subaru and I'm looking forward to learning it. Seth was very easy to deal with and was happy with his detail to find what I was looking for. It's been a long time since I purchased a car and was a lil uneasy with it all. All the staff and mgrs understood my reluctance and made me feel at ease with it all which helped immensely. A totally WOW experience! 1st time in, I was greeted warmly by Andrew Thomlinson. He spent all the time with my wife and I that we needed. Was not at all pushy, but let us go a 1st time in, I was greeted warmly by Andrew Thomlinson. He spent all the time with my wife and I that we needed. Was not at all pushy, but let us go at our own pace over the course of a week. He listened and responded to what we wanted and needed. Most excellent. One day I went in and Andrew wasn't in yet. Another salesman greeted me and when I explained that Andrew was helping me, he could not have been nicer or more helpful. Wanted to check out some accessories; asked where the parts dept. was. That person walked me to the dept. instead of just pointing. In the course of road testing several vehicles, buying accessories, and getting them put on, I interacted with many of the fine folks here. Did not have to ask for a loaner car: was provided. This is the most proactive organization that this senior citizen has ever had the great pleasure of meeting. Just when I think that my wife and I could not possibly have a better experience, another WOW comes our way. Incredible fantastic dealer - perfect in every way! I cannot say enough good about these folks. More
