After 1st oil change and tires rotation 2026 Crosstrek starts having humming noise between 45 - 60 mph. After second oil change and tires rotation problems persist. Rear differential was replaced. Service representative told me to replace tires and wheel alignment at my expense. Subaru advocacy department created a case and said that I will get a call in 48 hours. This time is over. Still waiting??? More

I always have a good experience at Lester Glenn Subaru in Toms River. Everybody is very very nice and helpful and honest. I never have to worry about anything. Shawn was my service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful and nice. Great guy. He taught me how to use my 2023 outback when I bought it and he’s very very helpful with my 2025 crosstrek when I have questions. I wouldn’t go to any other dealership because the people are so nice. More

I needed emergency service on my vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. I was seen right away by Eric and even given a loaner car. Sean kept me informed every step of the way. A completely different problem w afternoon. I was seen right away by Eric and even given a loaner car. Sean kept me informed every step of the way. A completely different problem was revealed during the multipoint inspection. Thank goodness it was covered under my warranty, as it involved taking the engine out of the vehicle! Nonetheless, it took 3 business days to fix what I had come in for AND the newfound problem. What could have been a very stressful time was easy breezy! Thank you to Eric and Sean. Lester Glenn, you are lucky to have them representing you! More
