Jamie was extremely quick and efficient. I appreciated his no nonsense approach and how he didn't try to sell me on another car i didn't want. I went in for a car and i got the one i wanted. We found a Lexus Gx 470 at Tom Wood Subaru that we wanted to look at. As we walked through the door, Jamie greeted us and asked if he could help. It was snowing that day, so he asked us to wait inside whil to look at. As we walked through the door, Jamie greeted us and asked if he could help. It was snowing that day, so he asked us to wait inside while he located the vehicle and drove it up front. The online photos of the vehicle were taken in a way that truly represented its excellent condition. The only surprise, was that it looked even better in person. After the test drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle and Jamie worked with us to ensure that we were satisfied with the outcome. At no point was there any pressure from Jamie or the staff at Tom Wood Subaru. Each time that we encountered a different staff member, we had the same experience. Professional and personable interactions. We have rarely had such a pleasurable experience with an auto purchase. To Jamie and the rest of the staff at Tom Wood, thank you! More

Great customer service but not pushy at all! Jamie was incredibly helpful throughout my car buying process. Over the course of a week I visited and called several times with many questions, and h Jamie was incredibly helpful throughout my car buying process. Over the course of a week I visited and called several times with many questions, and he was always quick to answer and very accommodating. When I came to actually buy the car, I was in a rush because I needed to catch a fight. Jamie worked with me to get things done quickly for me without cutting any corners, and definitely went above and beyond typical good customer service. I appreciate him making the painful car buying experience less stressful. More
