Great customer service but not pushy at all! Jamie was incredibly helpful throughout my car buying process. Over the course of a week I visited and called several times with many questions, and h Jamie was incredibly helpful throughout my car buying process. Over the course of a week I visited and called several times with many questions, and he was always quick to answer and very accommodating. When I came to actually buy the car, I was in a rush because I needed to catch a fight. Jamie worked with me to get things done quickly for me without cutting any corners, and definitely went above and beyond typical good customer service. I appreciate him making the painful car buying experience less stressful. More

So helpful! The guys at Tom Wood Subaru were just absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and not at all pushy. Pain free car buying experience Got the VIP program and did not have to negotiate the price with the salesman, very good at getting the car ready and explaining the car detail. Couldn't have gone better!!! Well what can I say ....excellent experience with Jamie Saddler and Tom Wood Subaru...we opted for care package and before we took ownership ...a slow Well what can I say ....excellent experience with Jamie Saddler and Tom Wood Subaru...we opted for care package and before we took ownership ...a slow leak and a bad rim were found.. happened to be the Saturday before Labor Day ...but soon as Tuesday arrived new tire and rim ordered and we were on the road Thursday early afternoon...we were really looked after by all....This will be our car shopping place from now on... A++++ service from Jamie ..a million thank you's even if we had to return 30 minutes later as my husband lost his phone when he left on roof of new car while Jamie snapped a picture and it flew off on E 96th St...Jamie was out there looking to ..How's that for service !! (They found it BTW with not a scratch on it!!) More
