Car sales for the 21st Century Mike and Jamie Schutt were an absolute joy to deal with in my recent Q7 purchase. They were incredibly responsive and reasonable in the negotiation o Mike and Jamie Schutt were an absolute joy to deal with in my recent Q7 purchase. They were incredibly responsive and reasonable in the negotiation of both my new car purchase AND (perhaps more importantly) the value of my trade in. Too often, the salesperson and the used car department don't help each-other enough. In this case, they did a great job to get both sides of my transaction done. Customer service-wise, this could not have been any better. Mike and I conducted the entire transaction over the phone, via email and via text with all paperwork sent to my home via overnight Fedex. I found the car I wanted via TrueCar, but none of the local Miami dealers would honor the transaction and none even got close on the trade-in value of my old car. Mike and Jamie understand how Millenials purchase things. We use apps to order food, Uber to order a ride, Amazon to buy stuff, and we watch TV on Netflix. There is absolutely no reason why car purchases cant' be done the same way. Until the rest of dealerships catch up with Mike and Jamie, there shouldn't be an Audi buyer under 40 years old making a purchase ANYWHERE but at Audi of Naples. More

I researched/ test drove many cars before i came to the conclusion that i wanted to purchase an Audi. While visiting other dealerships i encountered pushy, aggressive sales consultants. It was the complete oppostie at Audi. Jamie was very knowledegable about the car and made the process very enjoyable. After purchasing the vehicle he went through every feature/ gadget to make sure i felt completly comfortable before i drove off the lot. The following day Jamie even called to check in to make sure i did not have any additional questions/ concerns about the vehice! Great experience- would definitly recommend!!! More

Excellent car buying experience I originally met Wayne Clarke at another Audi dealership and was very pleased to meet him again as I walked through the door at Audi of Naples. i hav I originally met Wayne Clarke at another Audi dealership and was very pleased to meet him again as I walked through the door at Audi of Naples. i have found Wayne to be a very knowledgeable and dedicated salesperson, his primary focus being to guarantee that his customer is completely happy with the car he chooses, the price he pays and the delivery experience he has. He is extraordinarily patient in the selection process and appears to be available at almost all times and to be of service in any way that he can. To Wayne's credit, he continues to be a part of the Audi experience even after the delivery of the automobile. I would most definitely purchase another Audi through him. Jamie Schutt is another of the sales force that I met at a time when Wayne was unavailable. He reviewed the workings of the new S5, the various controls, patiently assisted in setting options and, in short, was very knowledgeable. One last comment. Brian Massoll is the owner of the dealership, a true gentleman who has set a very high standard for Audi of Naples. More

Being an individual who stays in touch with the latest automotive news, I was very impressed myself at the knowledge that Jamie had on the vehicles that he sold. In fact, all of the employees that I worked with drove an Audi - something that I rarely see when I walk into a dealership. That says a ton about what the employees believe about the vehicles that they sell. The dealership answered all of my questions, had great followup, and didn't pressure me into any sale that I wasn't originally comfortable with. I have already mentioned Jamie, Mickey, and the dealership to several of my friends and co-workers, and I wouldn't have done so if I didn't get the kind of service that I did. Next time I, or someone in my family needs a vehicle, this will be the first place I will stop by. More

Experience Related to Purchase of Our Wonderful New Q7 After working online with MIchael Schutt we were invited to visit Audi Naples and experience a demo drive in the gorgeous Q7. We met John Holman and After working online with MIchael Schutt we were invited to visit Audi Naples and experience a demo drive in the gorgeous Q7. We met John Holman and shared some Detroit and Michigan state highlights and then went out to drive the Q7. We were extremely impressed with the experience both from a mechanical perspective, quality of ride and engineering, along with the low key manner of our guide, John Holman. To be perfectly honest we had not intended to buy that day. Afetr reviewing numerous options, vehicles and discussing the basics of the Q7. We asked John if we could take a few moments and have my present vehicle, a Chevy Trailblazer SS, appraised. We reviewed the asking listed price on the Q7 and began a very pleasant negotiation that ended with Mickey Joy coming in to explain the dealerships position in the transaction. We had the absolute feeling of being treated with the highest respect and noted that none of the usual tricks employed by other auto dealers, i.e., holding car keys, delaying appraisals, bringing in "The Closer", were absent. I knew too well how to go about a purchase that I wanted and with no feelings of a confrontation that had been presented in past negotiations with local dealerships. We felt none of this. They let me feel in total control, there was no pressure to buy, only response to questons we asked and explanations of finances, drivabilities, engineering, and dealer responsibility. We returned 3 days later to take delivery of our Q7. John ran me through a tutorial of the electronics necessary to get me underway. He also followed me to our home, a journey of 48 minutes, to install our garage remote system into the Q7. Both John Holman and Mickey Joy assured me that any time I neede transportation and/or a loaner vehicle for overnight service, one would be provided. Our total experience at Audi Naples made us feel that we aquired a group of new friends from the Schutt brothers to John, Mickey and JJ who helped us through the tedious application process and recomended products that would keep our Q7 shiney and brightly new. Relaxed pace, no pushy sales tactics, but very knowledgeable about the cars. I'm used to knowing more than the sales people, but Jamie is a real car guy, and really loves Audis. Overall a good experience. When we discovered after taking delivery of the car that there was a small paint chip on the door, Jamie ensured that it would be addressed immediately, and it was.
