Just bought my wife a new Audi A5. ...I personally love the entire buying process...from the test drive to final negotiations. Jeff Sawick... last desk on the showroom floor was outstanding... she said... "I don't like car salesmen...but Jeff was the exemption".. patient, knowledge, great to work with... I would have also purchased an A3 from Jeff but ended up with an Acura Integra A-Spec Tech... I wanted a 6 speed manual transmission... crazy I know.. bottom line.. great dealership, great salesman... Jeff... highly recommend. More

Joined the brand 2 weeks ago. A week later had to bring the car to the service as the screen was shutting off during driving. The software should have been checked prior delivering the car. When I picked up the car a week later I noticed the car has a decent size scratch. When I mentioned the issue to the sales person I worked with the best solution was to paint it and provide me a loaner. So brand new car which is not even a month yet needs to be painted. I made my first payment during signing to drive a loaner?!?! Absolutely NOT. the worst experience I have ever had. More
