Jeff Sawick... last desk on the showroom floor was outstanding... she said... "I don't like car salesmen...but Jeff was the exemption".. patient, knowledge, great to work with... I would have also purchased an A3 from Jeff but ended up with an Acura Integra A-Spec Tech... I wanted a 6 speed manual transmission... crazy I know.. bottom line.. great dealership, great salesman... Jeff... highly recommend. More

Joined the brand 2 weeks ago. A week later had to bring the car to the service as the screen was shutting off during driving. The software should have been checked prior deliverin A week later had to bring the car to the service as the screen was shutting off during driving. The software should have been checked prior delivering the car. When I picked up the car a week later I noticed the car has a decent size scratch. When I mentioned the issue to the sales person I worked with the best solution was to paint it and provide me a loaner. So brand new car which is not even a month yet needs to be painted. I made my first payment during signing to drive a loaner?!?! Absolutely NOT. the worst experience I have ever had. More
