Great Service Center. I didn’t have an appointment to get a oil change. Took me as a walk-in. I was told I’d have a wait of 1-1.5hr wait. My car was ready within 30 mins. Hometown kindness After receiving help, in the pouring rain, from the Munster police department and Alamo Auto Service Center in Hammond after losing the fob to my car, After receiving help, in the pouring rain, from the Munster police department and Alamo Auto Service Center in Hammond after losing the fob to my car, I figured what are the odds that the Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram would be able to come through for me in time to make it back to Indy for Thanksgiving? Well, they did. Late that Tuesday afternoon, I called and spoke to Pat Kubacki in Parts who was able to secure the part I needed and promised to have it there the next morning, which it was. Jamie Teslow in Service ensured that the new fob was properly programed and had my car ready early on Wednesday afternoon. Both gentleman were patient and understanding of my need to get back home for the holiday. They exceeded my expectations and were so kind in the process. I would definitely recommend Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a great service oriented dealership. There's more than one reason I've driven a Chrysler for so many years. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on 11/5/19. This was my second visit to the service department to keep my 17 Jeep GC SRT in compliance with the lifetime warranty I purchased with the vehicle. W This was my second visit to the service department to keep my 17 Jeep GC SRT in compliance with the lifetime warranty I purchased with the vehicle. When I received my Jeep back I noticed the rims were scuffed up where the lug nuts go, showing the metal finish behind the paint on my factory rims. Also one of my brembo brake calipers was smacked rubbing off some if the clear coat protective layer on it. I brought this to the service writers attention and was told he would notify the service manager (who was not there at the time) of the incident. I have called and left several messages with Brian, and Frank the general manager trying to resolve this issue and have not heard from anyone. This makes me truly sorry I decided to buy a vehicle from this dealership More

New tires for 2014 Chrysler 200 I needed 4 new tires on my car. The service agent knew I was in a time crunch and he worked with that. I recently bought a 2018 Chrysler 300. My salesman was Danny Obannon. Before buying the car, he was on the ball. He even came to pick me up from three Avis car rental place in Merrillville, IN. My car didn't have floor mats even I bought it, it was late and I wanted to go home, I let it go. Took me a while to get back to the dealership to have the car detailed so I bought some mats till I could take the car in. When I finally took the car in to have it detailed, it took 3 days to detail the car and for some reason they wound up replacing the windshield, was never explained too me. So when I got the car back still no mats for the car. I asked about the mats, and and all he gave me was 2 used front mats no rear mats and didn't think twice about it. That really ticked me off because I spent $20,000 on a car, and couldn't get new mats for the car, or the netting for the trunk. You think after spending $20,000 on a car they could at least make sure everything that was supposed to be in the car was in there. I have taken my car to the service dept., they always treated me good there. More

Horrible Made an appt at 815 showed up early and still had to wait behind walk in customers and then had to wait for 2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation i Made an appt at 815 showed up early and still had to wait behind walk in customers and then had to wait for 2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation in which they serviced a lady that showed up after me and left before me and they didn't even check the pressures in the tires to make sure they were the same and who knows what else they cut corners on. I will never come back for service or otherwise when Bosak is much friendlier and quicker. More
