Buying a new Ford was so easy! Jamison Wunder made my buying experience fast, easy and effortless. I walked in and told him "I am not buying a car today!" But by the time I left, Jamison Wunder made my buying experience fast, easy and effortless. I walked in and told him "I am not buying a car today!" But by the time I left, I not only got a good deal on the 2016 Ford Escort, I also got more than I imagined for my 2012 Mustang. I couldn't say "no." Jamison was friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease as we walked through the entire process. I really am glad that he found me looking at cars first. All other Metro employees I dealt with were also friendly and helpful. I drove away in a new vehicle (to me) and I have been very pleased with it. More

Micheal Henry was great! This purchase of a 2018 F-150 was OK. The salesperson Michael Henry was great. He was very patient and knew the vehicle and its features. It was on course to be the best and smoothest vehicle purchase until I did not accept their "low ball" offer for my trade. After they accepted my counter offer the bloom fell off the transaction. The F & I guy actually called me a "Numbers Guy" Not sure if that was a compliment or a back handed insult. My first service visit was prompt and courteous but the results were so-so. Want to rate Metro Ford at 3.5 stars but don't have that option. More
