Good place I've been to a ton of dealerships trying to buy a new car. Finally settled on a Toyota. I went to a few local places which did shady tactics. I ended I've been to a ton of dealerships trying to buy a new car. Finally settled on a Toyota. I went to a few local places which did shady tactics. I ended up in Woburn. This dealership is pretty standard where you will need to negotiate for the best price. They won't give it to you up front, but nobody will. However, this place did not pull any shady stuff and was actually cool with me when I began to have cold feet. They were willing to refund my deposit without hassle which is a rarity in dealerships. In billing, I wasn't upsold ridiculous features that I didn't need. I'd recommend giving them a shot. Again, don't be scared to negotiate. More

Beyond any expectations We all know Toyota’s hold their value but what’s even better is the customer service and sales department that makes you feel comfortable and right at We all know Toyota’s hold their value but what’s even better is the customer service and sales department that makes you feel comfortable and right at home in your decision to purchase, lease and or trade in. I was a bit nervous going in because I was trading in a 2015 Nissan- it was in great condition and blue book value was way less than what they gave me for my car. Kal and JC ended up giving me $1000 more than what my car was worth to help me out reducing my payments monthly so I could walk out of there with a brand new car. One thing I hate about car shopping is the salesmen can be extremely pushy and or get aggravated if you need a bit of time to rethink. I wasn’t pushed In either way or pressured if anything I got told Information about buying and leasing that I didn’t know much about. I would 100% recommended anyone to go see the deals they have at Toyota in Woburn, MA and I’d make sure you go through Kal and JC because I’m beyond grateful that I did. Also to top it off I went to Jesus in the finance department and I was in a bit of a rush as I had to get back to work and be was extremely helpful in making sure I was understanding what I was signing all in a timely manner so I could leave ASAP. I’ll be driving my new RAV 4 and you could be too! More

Saving the Day They say that one bad apple spoils the bunch, but that is not true at Woburn Toyota. Truth, after dealing with two wonderful salespeople (Edwin and A They say that one bad apple spoils the bunch, but that is not true at Woburn Toyota. Truth, after dealing with two wonderful salespeople (Edwin and Al) and manager JC previously, I hit a lemon who was both rude and arrogant. But thank goodness my previous experience with manager JC got me to stay and report my experience to manager Wally Sabet, who had the grace to be embarrassed and tell me so. He gave me time to explore my options, listened to my needs, and sold me a car at a price that worked for me! It was a no pressure, no angst sale and I am one happy customer!!! I can't say enough about JC and Wally as managers for Woburn Toyota. They are why I am now a Woburn Toyota customer. More
