Jan my sales person was great, made the whole buying experience simple and easy. He was extremely knowledgeable on the Lexus NX and all of it’s impressive safety features and Jim the Manager was so frie experience simple and easy. He was extremely knowledgeable on the Lexus NX and all of it’s impressive safety features and Jim the Manager was so friendly and accommodating he stated the they “appreciated my business” and I appreciated that! Bill was super easy to deal with made the “paperwork thing ” a pleasant experience! He’s the last guy we saw in the whole progress and it was a pleasure! Love my new Lexus!!!
