We first met Jim, the manager , and after explaining what our wishes and needs, he introduced us to Jan Intoccia, a sales consultant. Jan made me feel extremely comfortable , and suggested a Lexus GS 350, We then looked at the car, took a drive, and he was extremely thorough in explaining all the car had to offer. I never dreamed that I would ever own a Lexus, but he showed us that it was indeed a car for us. The entire trade in process was certainly to our liking. Totally PROFESSIONAL!
