I have worked for Toyota of Bourbonnais for nearly 35 years! I love Toyota! I love the Toyota brand and believe in their product. Toyota makes great vehicles. Toyota is reliable and they are fun to drive! I do have a sense of my community. I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1988 and have lived here since then. I am active with the local Animal Rescues and have had a few foster failures myself. The key to my success is that I am sincere and genuine. From the moment we walked into this dealership we were treated like family. Janelle was super friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Janelle went above and beyond taking care of us and was knowledgeable on all of the specifications on our Grand Highlander and gave us a thorough demonstration on all of the features before we took off. Dan the man took care of us with ease and advised us on our best options when it came to the financing and paperwork. The general manager also made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, we felt like family at this place!
