Shopping for a car today is rough, but Janelle took care of us. My 180k Prius finally died, so I was hoping to buy a new one the same day. While there is a wait list for a Prius, she recommended a new Corol of us. My 180k Prius finally died, so I was hoping to buy a new one the same day. Traded in a car. Was deceived on what features were in the new car. Traded it back for one with features. Appreciate they made things right, but still sitting on a loss and registration for the new car is a mess. Lisa was really nice. At the same time our experience with this Toyota has deteriorated significantly in the last few years since the new management has taken over. Do better. Also the Ceramic package is a such a scam. Went in for the coating and it took 30 minutes. Having clayed my own car before, it takes way more than 30 minutes to apply a good ceramic coating. Save your 7.5-9k and get it done with a professional for 500 or so. More
