Wonderful Experience I've never had such a good experience with a dealership as I've had at Herlong Ford. I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and, from the very I've never had such a good experience with a dealership as I've had at Herlong Ford. I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and, from the very beginning until the very end of the process, they were nothing but honest, helpful, and genuine. They truly put themselves in the customer's shoes and try to do everything they can to offer the best service possible and to help get the best deals/financing for customers. I will definitely be having my new car serviced here and will be sending my friends and family here to shop for their vehicles as well. More

Okay---not looking at it from customer's point of view. Being a business man I do not give out 5 stars unless I am completely wowed. The areas which prevents me to give a 4 star are below 1. It was refreshing to not have the sale representative go with me on the initial test drive. 3. Love the small town trust 4. Not happy that I was told to come in and had to wait for 2 hours to close the deal---No one else who could do this?? 5. Not happy I wasn't told upfront there was only one key for the truck once I said I wanted to pursue its purchase. I should have been made aware of it at the beginning once I said I wanted to purchase the truck. Other option is once you realized you only received one key for the truck then I would have put myself in the customer's shoes and immediately started working on getting another key. If the key had not been received by the time a customer intended to purchase the vehicle, then I would have made the customer aware of this fact and explained to them where you were at in the process of getting the key. I would not have found out about there being on one key if I hadn't asked about it before I left. Would this have prevent the sale, maybe not. Would this have helped in getting 4 stars as far as taking care of your customer, most definitely. 6. Detailing--what I call detailing and what I got was 2 different things. If I had to bring it back on another day for a real detail then say so I was there for 3.5 hours. A quick wash on the outside but little to no attempt on the inside. More

They provided me with the exact product I was looking for. I detest buying a car, but the good professionals at Herlong listened to me and made it happen. Starting with a phone call to James things began to fall in place. James was easy to work with and found me answers to all my questions. Jim was willing to make this the exact truck I wanted by adding a trailer brake to the truck on the spot. How could I resist. Jaime and Janet got he paper work in order while the service department added the brake washed it and filled the tank. Then Natalie explained how to work all the gee wiz stuff Great people and great team work. I got the truck I wanted at a good price I couldn't be happier. More

A Big Wrong Made Very Right I purchased a used '16 Lariat F150. It was known the Sync system was having some issues, but I had no idea it was as bad as it was. After finishing I purchased a used '16 Lariat F150. It was known the Sync system was having some issues, but I had no idea it was as bad as it was. After finishing the paperwork on the truck, and having the "tech guy" go over all the features, the Sync3 system basically crapped out. I wanted to consult my salesperson, but he was busy; the finance lady, Janet I think, seemed like she didn't give a CRAP about what happened. She was all nice and perky during the paperwork, but once I was done...that all changed; she had basically ignored me when I approached her with the issue, and continued to talk/chat with a coworker, while she seemed perturbed that I had interrupted her non-work related conversation. I signed the paperwork, so it was my problem was her attitude. However, my salesman had promised to make it right before I had left, and it was documented in the "We Owe" paperwork. Anyways, I took the truck to a different, more local dealer for an APIM replacement to get they system to work. Jim payed the bill to the tune of almost $1k with the Herlong Ford credit card. It kinda sucked rolling off the lot with a 'new" truck without the majority of the functions working, but Jim Foley made it right. I'd buy something else here, as the fella is nice and is a man of his word. I'm satisfied with my purchase, and would give them the opportunity of my business again. More
