I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

Having only recently moved to Columbus, I did not know where to start when beginning my search for a new car. By pure chance, I passed Roush on the way to work, decided to call, and connected with Jan. Fa where to start when beginning my search for a new car. By pure chance, I passed Roush on the way to work, decided to call, and connected with Jan. Fate was on my side that day because Jan is the best in the business. I’m a rather picky person and investigated every option available on the 2022 Ridgeline to replace my 2007 Ridgeline. Jan not only was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process, but also made me feel respected, valued, and comfortable. When it came time to signing all of the paperwork, I was introduced to Kyln who walked me through each document with a friendly and informative style that immediately put my worries at ease. I highly recommend Roush Honda to anyone looking for professional, courteous sales team, and I will definitely be returning within the next couple of years when my wife will be looking for a new Pilot.
