I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

My wife was searching for a very particular model. With the shortage of vehicles today, most dealerships were turned away at the prospect of having to specialty order, including the dealer and salespe With the shortage of vehicles today, most dealerships were turned away at the prospect of having to specialty order, including the dealer and salesperson I had purchased previous vehicles from. Not up to the challenge, I suppose. Jan from Roush contacted me and I explained to her the same request I had already stated to multiple other dealerships. I expected her response to be similar, that it would not be possible. Jan was not turned away by our request. Jan stepped up and assured us she could get the vehicle built for us. As expected, building a vehicle takes some time and patience, and Jan kept us in the loop throughout the process. No funny business. No surprises. Jan produced the exact vehicle we wanted that so many others on her profession were turned off by. Wife’s happy. Thanks to Jan, who wasn’t afraid to accept a challenge. More

Roush Honda offers everything a car buyer could hope for. Jan was friendly and helpful when it came to helping me order my Accord. I think that is rare to find at car dealerships, and it makes Roush stand out.I really appreciated the warm service that was offered, and Roush definitely treats their customers like they would their own family. I will definitely purchase from Jan, and Roush Honda in the future and recommend them over other dealers. More
