I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

Jan was wonderful and made shopping for a car such a great experience. She answered most of my questions before I even asked! I had visited about 3 dealerships before I arrived a Roush and had left so d great experience. She answered most of my questions before I even asked! I had visited about 3 dealerships before I arrived a Roush and had left so disappointed…not even cause of the cars but the people that had “helped” me were not helpful at all. I think they didn’t take me seriously and assumed I was wasting their time, not Jan tho! And I truly appreciate it! I truly love my HRV!! More

Best buying experience ever! I highly recommend Jan as well as the entire staff I worked with during my buying experience. The leadership team I worked with, including Casey and Cameron, were very respec well as the entire staff I worked with during my buying experience. The leadership team I worked with, including Casey and Cameron, were very respectful and helpful. I will be back...and so will my friends!!!!! Mike Dunlap helped with the paperwork and had a great attitude and I enjoyed our time together. Overall...great experience...no complaints. More

Jan was wonderful to work with and ran circles around her co-workers that day. Incredibly hard working and personable. Jan was very communicative via email, text, etc. before hand and even though she was swa co-workers that day. Incredibly hard working and personable. Jan was very communicative via email, text, etc. before hand and even though she was swamped on a holiday with several customers she made you feel like the only one. Because it was a holiday, it took over 3 hours to purchase a new car which is a reflection on the dealership and not Jan (who apologized several times and kept checking in on me). I gave the feedback professionally to the manager on duty (Andy?) who's response was not what I would have expected. It was full of excuses of why the finance team was running behind (I paid in full for the vehicle btw) and why the detail shop was running behind, etc. As someone who manages a large team of CS reps and works with customers every day I would give him advice to not tell the customer why everything isn't working, but instead take the time to align and acknowledge that there is an issue and offer thanks for the feedback. People just want to be heard and want to know that you are trying to make it better. Jan did just that when she ran over to the detail shop and expedited my vehicle to be brought to me. My guess is that it would have been brought to me at that time anyway, BUT the difference in what she did was show that she was prioritizing my need to leave due to being there for so long and it made me feel heard and appreciated. Thank you Jan for all you did to help me pick out a van for my wife, we both love it! More
