I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

Janly Wilkins, Mesiah Smith, and Roush Honda make a wonderful team. They provided a new car shopping experience like none other. My wife and I came to the dealership with interest in, but little knowle wonderful team. They provided a new car shopping experience like none other. My wife and I came to the dealership with interest in, but little knowledge of, the Honda Insight. Janly patiently taught us what we could and could not expect of the car. She demonstrated the many safety features and did everything possible to help us feel comfortable at Roush Honda. Mesiah clearly explained how various warranty extension programs might be useful. He taught us what was possible, but never tried to tell us what we should do. They listened carefully, answered truthfully, were professional, and considerate of our needs. I’ve been coming to Roush Honda for the past 3 cars I have owned and I have never experienced any problems! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming!
