I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

I decided to apply for a used vehicle at Roush Honda so I can trade in my old vehicle. Jan reached out to me and asked what questions, comments, and/or concerns I had in addition to the vehicle I was looking can trade in my old vehicle. She thoroughly explained the trade in process and made sure I understood everything. Jan was very professional with a great and bubbly personality and helped me get into my new car!! Janly Wilkins gets an A++ for patiently helping me with my recent car buying experience! I was not decided if I was going to buy out my '18 Accord at lease end. I had previously been interested in a HRV wh my recent car buying experience! I was not decided if I was going to buy out my '18 Accord at lease end. I had previously been interested in a HRV when I got the Accord and was possibly interested again. After Jan ran loan numbers on the Accord and a '21 HRV( including a great deal & 0% interest!) I decided to get the HRV. I'm on day 3 and love it! More
