I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

Janly was amazing! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. She was patient, friendly, and honest. Best of all I never felt pressured. I felt so much more at ease at Roush Honda t experience I have ever had. She was patient, friendly, and honest. Best of all I never felt pressured. I felt so much more at ease at Roush Honda than I did while shopping at other dealers. After visiting two other dealerships, I came in only 30 minutes before close. Janly and Kyln stayed well past close to get me taken care of. Even though they were already staying late I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressured to buy. I love the price transparency and how they provided several detailed price options up front. I didn’t feel like I had to haggle for the best deal and Janly didn’t have to go back and forth between me and the sales manager to give me one lower offer after another. The online price quote was already well below MSRP and what the other two dealers were offering so I knew I was getting a great deal before I walked through the door. More
